Delivery times are estimates and can occasionally be affected by things outside our control, such as courier delays, severe weather or busy periods. If your order is taking longer than expected, please contact us and we will look into it.
Click & Collect

When your order arrives
- Please check your order as soon as you can.
- If anything is damaged, missing or incorrect, contact us within [TO CONFIRM: e.g. 48 hours] with your order number and a photo — see Returns & Refunds.
- If nobody is in, the courier will follow its usual process (for example leaving a card, delivering to a neighbour or trying again). [TO CONFIRM: any re-delivery charge.]
Please make sure your delivery address and postcode are correct when ordering — we cannot be responsible for parcels sent to an address that was entered incorrectly.
